We’ve just finished our final trip in the camper, and what a trip it’s been.

4000 mile round trip in 42°C heat from the UK to Spain, to the south of France, Monaco, over the French Alps up to 7000 feet above sea level, then across to Annecy, then Brussels, and finally Calais.

Not one campsite, no toll roads, just sun, sea, and factor 50.

We’ve covered over 25,000 Miles since completing the van, visited some amazing places, and completed the entire coast of the UK from the northernmost point down to the southernmost point.

Now onto the next adventure – purchasing land and creating a little family haven.

If you are looking for a Stealth Camper that doubles up as an OFF-Grid Home, this is the van for you. We’ve travelled Europe and stayed in places most vans couldn’t dream of staying, from sleeping under the Eiffel Tower (literally under the tower) at Xmas watching the lights flicker, to Summer in the Alps.

We did all this without the need to plug in, cooking on a double induction hob, hot cup of fresh coffee in the morning from our Nespresso coffee machine, and late nights watching movies on a 60” Nebular Laser 3 Projector.

The Van has its own Wifi, heating, hot water system, and a battery bank that will make you the envy of all your friends.

Safety & Convenience

The van was designed by myself (Automotive Design Engineer), with the safety and security of my son (5) and wife in mind.
The cabinet frames are made from steel, bolted directly to the van’s chassis, removing any risk of injury in the case of an accident.

The front seats are also bolted directly to the chassis with relevant hardware and spacers for the same reason.

No gas in this van, everything runs on 12v, minus the Hob/CoffeeMachine/Air-Fryer which are 240v, the heating is diesel, and the hot water is also 12v.

Electrical System

The electrical system was provided by Van Junkies, and spec’d to a higher standard than required throughout for peace of mind when traveling.

• Ceiling is 9mm ply sheets cut into sections and spaced, and 4-way stretch-backed.

• Diesel heater plumbed directly into the van’s fuel tank.

Van Details

• 2007 Transit Jumbo XL 3.5T (6 speed, 140bhp, Aircon, Car Play, 126K Miles)

• When fully loaded, wet-weight of the van is 2.9T

• Will come with a full fresh MOT
• 550 Miles to a tank at 70 (2.5K RPM), 650 Miles to a tank at 60mph (2K RPM)
• Powers up hills without issue and will happily sit at 80/85mph on the French Tolls

The entire van was sandblasted prior to the build and repainted in factory colours. We then opted for further protection and Bed Lined (raptor) the lower half of the van, roof, and underside of the van to protect against scratches, rust and marks.

• Serviced before every trip with the last service being on August 4th 2025, all Oils, Diff, Gearbox, Engine Oils, Brake Fluid, Coolant and Fuel Filter (With Proof)

The van was also meticulously upkept with the following new parts:

• New Brake Lines, Discs/pads
• New Turbo (powdercoated blue)
• New Powersteering lines
• New Inner & Outer Track Rods
• New Windscreen
• New Door Seals all round
• All Waterpipes replaced
• New Injector Seals
• Several New Rubber gaskets throughout the engine.
